Niantic River Bridge To Be Closed For Construction
An upcoming construction project will result in a two-week closure.
NIANTIC, CT — The Niantic River Bridge on Rope Ferry Road between Waterford and East Lyme will be closed as of Sunday for two weeks due to a rehabilitation project, according to The New London Day. The detour involves an 8-mile loop.
The $13 million construction project is slated to be completed Dec. 1, according to The New London Day.
