Old Lyme Takes Second In Final Girls Soccer Coaches Poll
The Wildcats captured their fourth straight Class S championship with a 2-1 victory over Immaculate Sunday in Middletown.

OLD LYME, CT — A fourth straight championship in the Class S finals boosted Old Lyme High School to the runner-up position in the final girls soccer coaches poll for Classes M-S.
The Wildcats came back to defeat Immaculate 2-1 in the championship game Sunday at Middletown High School. Old Lyme collected a first-place vote from one coach to place behind Class M champion Lewis Mills. Plainfield, the Class M runner-up, was third.
Class LL champion Ridgefield led the Class LL-L balloting, followed by Staples and Glastonbury.
