Trumbull Ranks 10th for Healthiest Housing Markets in State

Trumbull came in 10th in the state for healthiest housing markets, according to a recent Smartasset analysis.

Smartasset took into account the average number of years people lived in a home, homes with negative equity and how long property stayed on the market before being sold. Other factors were also considered.

The Trumbull house owner stayed for 20.9 years and homes stayed on the market an average of about 132 days before being sold.
