The most expensive house currently on the market in Vernon is this one at 30 Elm St.

The asking price is $449,900 and includes two bedrooms, one bathroom and 5,836-square-feet of living space.

The estimated monthly mortgage is $1,674 and the house was built in 1900. It’s been on the market for 84 days.
