Absolute Immunity Vs Injustice And Systemic Racism

All eyes in America are on Court Tv; the George Floyd case has caused trauma/riots across these United States. The drama was caused by the abandonment of the Constitution. America may not like the outcome of this Trial. The new third degree murder charge in addition to second degree charges for unintentional murder and manslaughter have upped the ante. Because Officer Chauvin was trained to use his knee to subdue persons acting irrationally, now knowing George was on Meth and Fentanyl; America is now on trial.

Watch Al Sharpton and Ben Crump, those Gangsta’s came to CT to talk about social justice/Steven Barrier from Stamford CT, they were paid as they exited. Its time for America to compare George Floyd to Steven Barrier. All Lives are supposed to matter in the Constitution State. Who are the six Police Offices that arrived at 1:31 am on 10/23/19? Who said, “TASER, TASER, I got him in the back”? Who are the 21 Officers that came back at 5:29 AM to stage the body cams? Is the entire Police force in on this with the State? All eyes should be on Barrier.

The Erik Garner choke hold case never went to trial. “I can’t breathe” right now because BLM will not stomach the outcome of the George Floyd case. There is the possibility that the eventual outcome. The Acquittal of Rodney King rightfully awoke millions. All Americans would have been better off in the Garner case had gone to Trial. Remarkably, there is a choke hold case, post-Garner in Norwalk CT, which will also be national news.

The Police, in the Stamford CT case of Steven Barrier denied using TASERS. The murder weapon is intentionally lost. The first autopsy was falsified by Mike Hayes in the State Medical Examiners office and leaked to the media through Gill to the now Chief States Attorney. The Stamford Advocate relied on it. The Questions CT should be asking are being masked by payments. So, I ask if Black Lives Matter only in the settlement discussions? I ask how Police Issued TASERs are destroyed? Where is the required recorded Frequency and Duration in the TASER log? T.A.S.E.R stands for Thomas A Swift Electric Rifle. It’s a Firearm. CT has unique TASER laws. You can’t bring one home. You can’t use them in your driveway. You can’t get one by mail and they can only be used inside your Home. Crossing the sidewalk carrying a TASER in CT is illegal. The laws as written is flawed. The toxicology report from Barrier was negative, and he was placed in an unmarked grave.

If Steven was unconscious who read him his rights? Steven had a charge of resisting arrest and was left for dead?

After a TASER was repeatedly used, why did Police refuse all medical treatment to Steven Barrier on his 23rd Birthday? A College student working at night at Boston Market never passed a counterfeit $20 bill. Mocking and ridiculing a wrongful death victim does not sit well. Who knows the facts of Steven Barrier, not his many temporary attorneys who extorted a settlement to enrich their own pockets by showing a snuff video around town and in the process covered up one of the worst wrongful death cases in America since Rodney King. This case in CT calls into question payments to the NAACP, the Police commission, the Town Counsel, The Mayor and the Health Risk Officer Ted Jankowski. Who paid the CT Chief State’s Attorney? Follow FST cv 20 5023122-s. Who denied the police reports? Why are the valid fee waivers denied? What is the FBI involvement? Who edited the Body cams? Who came back at 5:29 am and staged the body cam evidence?

Why didn’t Detectives properly log the evidence? Why didn’t the First autopsy show bruising? Was the TASER used under the chin, behind the head, and in the temples? At what length did the Police Chief go to prove to the State’s Attorney that excessive force was not used? Stamford had 61 rookies and no Chief? Was it the training? Why are the Police falsely maintain that Steven Barrier had schizophrenia? Who assaulted the States Disabled Advocate? Who determined how much money each willing participant of the wrongful death cover-up would receive? So I ask, Did 8 lawyers and counting have Steven’s best interest at heart? Attorney Trish Lindsey is not in good standing in CT, and maintains that we don’t have any of the facts. The Doorbell Ring Videos and the Body cam evidence contradict each other. Comparing the two tells a very different story. The Axon TASER Corporation made the murder weapon and the Body Cams used to falsify the footage sent to the media. Now the Chief of Police, Shaw is maintaining that the media has a false narrative. Yes, it does. Chief Shaw has refused multiple questions on many occasions.

When the actual body cams were shown by Pastor Ford to Chief Wuennenman did the City of Stamford including its Attorney become accessories? Did the Judges by their actions knowing implicate the entire State of CT.

The facts of the Barrier Case are far worse than George Floyd. Was the $30 million and executive order? Did Attorney General Tong pay it? Did the Chief States Attorney accept it? Was it taxpayer money? Was it your Money? Were there forgeries and insurance fraud? Was it pre-meditated?

Here are two questions: Did the Chief States Attorney repeatedly intimidate the family of Barriers(plaintiffs) after Richard Colangelo was served as a Defendant in the lawsuit? Was the bribe paid to pay for the assaults? Was the bribe paid to one of the Plaintiffs to falsify statements in an Affidavit prepared by Counsel to the City of Stamford Dana Lee?

Ask yourself, if the evidence was falsified in the death of George Floyd? Which wrongful death deserves media attention? Or, is the Gas Lighting by Ben Crump only being used to make demands and increase these Jury Award (295 cases, Brianna Taylor, Travon Martin, Amuad Aubrey, etc). Was a payment made to the Stamford NAACP to knowingly cover up the TASER evidence questions? Did Ben Crump sell out Steven Barrier Senior? We are talking about fare trials. Rights to evidence, and oath s of a duty to protect. Its all about equal protection isn’t it? When you see the Videos that were shown to State Officials, “which Police maintain don’t exist”, you will wonder if Black Lives Matters to these Judges. Did Pastor Ford show the Snuff video to the Stamford Acting Chief of Police?

Keep in mind, that if Steven Barrier had a disability, which the Police falsely maintain, then the City broke every 504 ADA law on the books. Who bragged that Steven Jr crapped his pants? I ask; is the disappearance of critical evidence, evidence? Obstruction is a predicate act under RICO.

What abought Guy Fortt at the Stamford NAACP? 16 months have passed and not a Single Police officer named in the Case has answered a single question, no arrests were made. The Lead Detective in the TASER case, Sean Boeger has admitted on tape that he never spoke to the Chief States Attorney, so how did Richard Colangelo make the determination that excessive force was not used without witnesses?

Prosecutorial misconduct, legal malfeasance and Judicial misconduct can be used to correct the qualified immunity problem; what will fix the absolute immunity question? “Due to Covid the Office is closed so please leave a message”, Beep.
