Connecticut Weather: Updated Fourth Of July Weekend Forecast
We take a look at the four-day holiday forecast and let you know which day looks like it may be stormy.

Three out of four very good weather days in Connecticut during the Fourth of July holiday period isn’t too bad. Of course things have changed slightly. Sunday appeared stormy earlier in the week, but now it appears Saturday’s forecast is the worst of the weekend.
Lots of towns have fireworks displays Saturday night, and there could be a shower or thunderstorm in Connecticut, but it doesn’t appear to be anything significant. The good news is that there will be plenty of sun on Sunday, Monday and the actual Fourth of July holiday. WTNH News 8 Meteorologist Gil Simmons wrote, “A morning shower in a few places early today. Otherwise hazy sunshine very warm and very humid high temperatures in the 80s. A couple of thunderstorms possible this evening in a few towns, but I think most places will get the fireworks in. Lots of clouds tomorrow with a passing shower or a brief thunderstorm highs in the 80s. Hazy sun too. Sunday looks better with clearing skies and turning nice with the humidity dropping all day long followed by nice weather Monday and for the fourth on Tuesday too.”
