Dog Found Roaming Goes Unclaimed: West Hartford Animal Control

Meet Lily, who "loves other dogs, but can get a little overzealous," according to the animal control.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A dog that was found roaming in West Hartford has gone unclaimed and is now available for adoption, according to the West Hartford Animal Control. Lily is about 1.5 years old and is “full of energy and a real sweetheart,” according to the animal control.

“She loves other dogs, but can get a little overzealous,” the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook. “So when meeting a new doggie friend, that dog needs to be tolerant of her immaturity and excitement. Lily came here with no manners. She now knows sit and is being trained on a halti. She loves to play with toys and balls. She would be a great addition to a fun loving, active family.”
