WEST HARTFORD, CT — The West Hartford Animal Control is asking for help with locating a lost dog’s owner. The male Chihuahua (pictured) was found roaming on New Britain Avenue in West Hartford on May 11.

“He doesn’t have a microchip and wasn’t wearing any ID,” the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook. “We are currently looking for its owner. Please no adoption inquiries at this time. If you know the owner or have any information, please call West Hartford Animal Control at 860-570-8818. Thank you.”
