Downed Trees and Wires Lead to Road Closure In West Hartford
Police are advising motorists to avoid the area, which was closed early Friday morning.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — An overnight storm brought down trees and power lines on Farmington Avenue early Friday morning, causing police to close a segment of the busy thoroughfare.
Route 4 is closed between Gin Still Lane and Reservoir Avenue in West Hartford, due to the road being impassible. Utility crews are working in the area to enable re-opening of the road, police said.
