Family Seeks Missing Dog In West Hartford

The dog has been missing since Sunday, according to the animal control.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The West Hartford Animal Control is asking for help with reuniting a missing dog with her family. Violet, pictured, is a Borzoi (Russian Wolfhound) and has been missing in West Hartford since Sunday, May 27.

“She was last seen in Hartford near Case and Laurel Street,” the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook. “Violet is very shy and skittish so if you see her, just keep an eye on her and call her owner immediately.

“Her owner can be reached at (860-833-2188). Let's help Violet be safely reunited with her family.”
