New Details, Timeline For Sunday's Stormy Weather In CT
And if you're a fan of snow, here is when top meteorologists think Connecticut may see its next snowstorm.

CONNECTICUT — Did you enjoy today's spring day thus far? Record temps were reported in parts of the state as the high temperature soared to near 70 degrees. It was a great day to go for a walk or just to be outdoors.
Unfortunately, things will change soon enough. Rain breaks out later tonight, there may even be thunderstorms overnight and early Sunday but the real issue will the increasing wind gusts early Sunday.

For southern Connecticut, the National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory from 4 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sunday. "Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result....The strongest winds are likely to be right around daybreak through mid morning."

For northern Connecticut, the wind advisory is in effect from 1 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. "Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result."
Temps on Sunday should reach into the mid 60s, which is 20 to 30 degrees above normal for this time of year. The good news is that the rain should end by noon and the sun returns for Sunday afternoon. Monday and Tuesday also look good with sunshine and temps in the low to mid 40s, which is still above normal for this time of year.

New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
