Plastic Bag Recycling Returns To West Hartford
West Hartford residents are no longer hanging on when it comes to getting rid of those pesky plastic bags.
WEST HARTFORD. CT — Plastic bag recycling has returned to West Hartford.
The move was announced on the West Hartford Recycles Twitter page Wednesday.
