Shake Shack Coming Soon To West Hartford

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Hartford County’s first Shake Shack will open in West Hartford this week. The popular modern day “roadside” burger stand will open the doors to its new West Hartford location at 1445 New Britain Avenue on Friday, April 27. It will be just the fourth Shake Shack in Connecticut. Shake Shack also has locations in New Haven, Westport and Darien. Shake Shack began as hot dog stand in Madison Square Park in Manhattan and has grown into an international company.

“This modern day ‘roadside’ burger stand serves up the most delicious burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes, beer, wine and more,” reads a description on the Shake Shack website. “An instant neighborhood fixture, Shake Shack welcomed people from all over the city, country and world who gathered together to enjoy fresh, simple, high-quality versions of the classics in a majestic setting. The rest, as they say, is burger history.”

In addition to the Shack classics, the new West Hartford Shack will be “spinning up a selection of custom frozen custard concretes including the Pie Oh My, a vanilla custard featuring a slice of Four & Twenty Blackbirds seasonal pie,” according to the website.
