‘Very Friendly’ Dog Found Roaming In West Hartford

The animal control is asking for help locating the dog's owner after he was found by students in West Hartford.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The West Hartford Animal Control is asking for help with locating a lost dog’s owner. The dog was found by students at the University of Hartford in West Hartford.

“He’s a very friendly, tan, male, Chihuahua mix,” the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook. “No collar, no microchip. If this is your dog please contact, West Hartford Animal Control at 860-570-8818. Please leave your name, address and phone number. Thank you.”

The animal control also said, “please no adoption inquires at this time.”
