WEST HARTFORD, CT — A West Hartford doctor has been fined by the Connecticut Medical Examining Board.

The Connecticut Health I Team reported the fine Tuesday.

The board agreed to discipline anesthesiologist Dr. Glen Rosenfeld, of West Hartford, with a $5,000 fine after he admitted that he performed a nerve block on the wrong eye of a patient in October 2016 and a nerve block on the wrong leg of another second patient in 2017.
