West Hartford Library Hosts 8 Pillars of Health and Wellness Event On July 13

The program will take place at our main library, located at 20 South Main Street in West Hartford on Thursday, July 13 at 6:30PM.

From West Hartford Libraries: Learn basic, natural ways to improve your health. This workshop will address eight fundamentals of health including: diet and nutrition, hydration, exercise, sleep, stress management, balanced internal environment, external environment (exposure to toxins) and more. We will look at the importance of these basic factors to overall health and discuss natural, holistic options for enhancing health and wellness.

Dr. Sharon Hunter is a naturopathic doctor who practices at the CT Center for Health. Naturopathic doctors are specialists in natural medicine, licensed in Connecticut, reimbursed by most major health insurances and are experts in addressing health concerns through natural approaches.
