Apartment Building Sells For Nearly $2M In West Haven

Realtors announced the sale on Thursday.

WEST HAVEN, CT — A renovated apartment building in West Haven has sold for nearly $2 million, realtors announced Thursday. Jamie Cuzzocreo, of the Pearce North Haven Commercial office, has sold 405 Main Street in West Haven for $1.97 million, Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced in a press release.

Pearce said the “prime property consists of an 18,728-square-foot three-story apartment building containing 16 units, situated on .24 acre.” Cuzzocreo represented both the buyer, Cocolorus Properties LLC, and the seller, Vesta Greenview Apartments LLC, in the transaction.

“These apartments are centrally located in the heart of the city, overlooking the Town green, only a mile from the beach and train station, along all bus routes and within walking distance to shops and restaurants,” Pearce wrote in the press release. “The building has been fully renovated from head to toe with brand new kitchens and appliances, hardwood floors throughout and plenty of natural light.”
