Former Staples Property Sells For $3.6M In West Haven: Report
The long vacant property was recently sold, according to a report.
WEST HAVEN, CT — The property that housed the long vacant former Staples building on Saw Mill Road in West Haven has been sold for $3.6 million, according to the New Haven Register.
The Register reports a Farmington-based developer recently purchased the property in the 400 block of Saw Mill Road.
Mayor Nancy Rossi welcomed the sale of the property, calling it an “eyesore” and said plans for the site include a 7-Eleven gas station, according to the Register.
