Multi-Family Complex Sells For $3.6M in West Haven
Realtors recently announced the sale of a multi-family apartment complex in West Haven.

WEST HAVEN, CT — A multi-family apartment complex in West Haven has sold for $3.6 million, Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., recently announced.
Fred A. Messore, Senior Vice President, represented the seller, in the sale of 125 Coleman Street, West Haven for $3.6 million. The investment property consists of two fully leased apartment buildings, one 18 unit and another 12-unit, on 1.84 +/- acres (30 units in total), according to a press release. “This transaction demonstrates the high demand for stabilized multifamily properties in the Greater New Haven market,” Richetelli said. “We had significant interest in this asset and realized a high per unit sale price for the seller.”
