Office Space Sold In West Haven

WEST HAVEN, CT — Realtors have announced the sale of 5,838-square-feet of office space at 98 Elm St. in West Haven. The sale was completed by Carl G. Russell, CCIM, SIOR, Sr. Commercial Broker of Pearce Commercial Real Estate in Milford, Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced in a press release. The sale price wasn’t immediately disclosed.

The space will be occupied by Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven. The team of “expert internal medicine doctors strives to help young adults, adults, and seniors of southern Connecticut, and the surrounding area experience and maintain optimal health,” according to the press release. “The practice emphasizes disease screening, so any issues are identified early on before they create serious health emergencies. The doctors also provide care for acute conditions, ongoing chronic medical illnesses, and general physical examinations.”

Internal Medicine was represented by Carl Russell of Pearce Commercial, and the Seller at 98 Elm St. was also represented by Jed Backus of Backus Real Estate, LLC, 1220 Whitney Ave., Hamden, CT.
