Warehouse Building Sells For $675K In West Haven

WEST HAVEN, CT — A warehouse in West Haven was recently sold for $675,000, according to realtors.

Carl G. Russell of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate in Milford recently completed the sale of 40 Front Ave. in West Haven, according to a news release. The 18,168-square foot light industrial and warehouse building will be “used by the buyer for their specific needs,” the news release states.

Russell represented both the buyer, Price-Smart, and the seller, Forty Front Avenue, LLC.

“Price-Smart supplies and distributes a full range of product mix of general merchandised products like over the counter cosmetics, toiletries, novelties, household accessories, etc.,” officials wrote in a news release. “Their aim is to give you the full range of products with smart price tag with the best after sales services. They have thousands of products from brands like Duracell, Advil, Kodak, Shell, Johnson & Johnson, Trojan, Bic, Zippo, Tylenol, etc.”
