Blueberry Hill Road Home Sells for $310K in Redding

On March 25, Cecelia Ruggels sold the property at 23-29 Goodsell Hill Road to DRAC, LLC for $1,200,000.

On March 25, John Sarich sold the property at 23 Blueberry Hill Road to Peter Valenti and Paula Reis for $310,000.

On March 27, the Jean Adler trust sold a .0695-acre parcel of land labled as Long Ridge Road, Parcel X to Kevin and Kimberly Leigland for $2,500.

On March 28, Deutsche Bank sold the property at 96 Gallows Hill Road to Joseph Mancusi for $310,000.
