Church Hill Road Home Sells for $342K in Redding
Three homes were sold in Redding during the first half of January.

On Jan. 3, Vincenzo Coccoli and Miaomiao Yang sold the property at 3 Olmstead Road to Casey Pilkington and Timothy Aiezza for $270,000.
On Jan. 8, Vault Sigma, LLC sold the property at 8 Church Hill Road to Helen and Kurt Cihi for $342,500.

On Jan. 14, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation sold the property at 309 Redding Road to 309 Redding Road, LLC for $269,000.
