Construction on Easton Reservoir Dam to Pick Up
Construction is not expected to cause any delays in traffic.

EASTON, CT -- The construction work being done at the Aspetuck Reservoir Dam in Easton will scale up in the latter part of July and August, the Aspetuck News is reporting. The project began in March.
The facility, operated by Aquarion, provides public drinking water to the Bridgeport area. The work includes renewal of the concrete spillway, replacement of aeration equipment, restoration of the earthen banks of the dam and rehabilitation of the two gatehouses. The project is expected to wrap up by September 2019.
Construction is not expected to cause any delays in traffic.
