Five properties changed hands during the first half of October in Redding.

On Oct. 4, Christopher and Shannon Kenefick sold the property at 163 Umpawaug Road to Edward Killian III for $325,000.
On Oct. 4, Amy Santaniello transferred the property at 89 Sport Hill Road to US Bank National Association for no consideration.

On Oct. 9, Sharon Pearlman and Frank Klinzman sold the property at 66 Drummer Lane to Daniel Mond and Sophie Sallo for $430,000.
On Oct. 10, Jane and Burdin Hickok sold the property at 102 Picketts Ridge Road to Real Estate Holdings LLC for $594,510.
