"Once all participants have arrived at town hall there will be the traditional ceremony. The opening invocation will be given by Pastor Amanda Ostrove of Easton’s Congregational Church. The ceremony will include remarks from distinguished guests, a flag raising, and a rifle salute. The closing benediction will be given by Father George Coca of Easton’s St. Dimitrie Orthodox Church," parade organizers said in a news release.

After the ceremony, Post 160 members will be traveling to two cemeteries in Easton to perform short honor ceremonies. Members of the public are welcome to attend those ceremonies.
