A Center Road woman turned herself in on a warrant Saturday stemming from an incident on Aug. 11 when she allegedly showed up to a children's party intoxicated.
Police said Michele Shyer, 43, was charged with risk of injury to a minor because she drove her daughter to the gathering. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 16.
