Farview Farm Road Home Sells for $717K in Redding

On Feb. 4, Mark W. Hinkley sold the property at 64 Sanfordtown Road to Jean-Marc Cazeneuve and Helen Woodhall for $550,000.

On Feb. 4, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company sold the property at 97 Sunset Hill Road to Edward and Cheryl Schneck for $259,900.

On Feb. 7, the estate of Marian Sherwood Anderson sold the property at 59 Pine Mountain Road to Thomas and Loretta Verma for $265,000.

On Feb. 19, Jennifer M. Soodek sold the property at 70 Farview Farm Road to Teal Williams for $717,000.

On Feb. 20, New York Community Bank sold the property at 6 Little River Lane to Zhihong Yang and Haihang Sun for $320,000.

On Feb. 28, John and Anna Sarica sold the property at 15 Glen Hill Road to Wayne Liao and Maribel Chen-Liao for $550,000.
