Letter: Thanks, Weston, for Toys for Tots Donations
The following is a letter to the editor sent by Weston Police Officer Chris Powers.
To the Editor:
Members of the Marine Corps League would like to thank everyone who took the time to support the 2012 Weston Toys for Tots Campaign. This year we collected a trailer full of toys in Weston. These toys were distributed locally to less fortunate children for the holidays. Your support has played a part in the continued success of this very important program. It’s people like you that make a difference in this community.
Again, many thanks for your generosity. We hope that you and your families have a safe and Happy New Year.
