Man Arrested on Redding Warrant Stemming from 2009
Redding Police news, March 12 through March 15.

On March 14, Greenwich Police arrested Christopher Upton, 43, of Newtown on a warrant issued by Redding Police following his refusal to show up in court to answer charges stemming from November 2009.
Police Chief Douglas Fuchs said he was driving an unmarked car on Cross Highway in 2009 when he saw Upton illegally pass the car behind him. Upton then began tailgating Fuchs and flashing his high beams.
Fuchs then pulled Upton over and determined he was driving with a suspended license. He was also charged with improper passing.
