Perfecto Mendoz-Garcia, 46, of Norwalk was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane following a motor vehicle stop in Easton on Jan. 22.
According to police, officers received a report of an erratic driver on Morehouse Road at 4:59 p.m. that day. Officers then located the vehicle and pulled Mendoz-Garcia over.
Mendoz-Garcia failed field sobriety tests and was taken in to custdoy.
