Redding's Chief Fuchs Appears on CNN's Piers Morgan Live

Redding Police Chief Douglas Fuchs was part of a five-man roundtable discussion with Piers Morgan on gun control.

Limiting the capacity of magazines would help reduce the amount of carnage would-be killers could inflict should a gunman go on a rampage, like Adam Lanza did at Sandy Hook Elementary School in December.

That's the opinion of Redding Police Chief Douglas Fuchs, who recently took part in a five-man roundtable discussion on gun control issues in America on Piers Morgan Live on CNN.

Shooters with magazines that have less bullets in them would need more time to reload their weapons, and that time could theoretically save lives.
