Town Of Weston Publlishes Coronavirus Update For March 26

Connecticut is currently allowing people age 45+ to register for a coronavirus vaccine.

Governor Lamont released an updated schedule for the vaccine rollout plan opening it up to all residents over 16 years old on April 1, 2021.

Residents should also report positive cases directly to the Westport/Weston Health Department http://wwhd.org/ so contact tracing can be started immediately in order to contain the spread of the virus. The office line is 203 227 9571.

As a reminder COVID testing is available at area hospitals and urgent care facilities as well as at St. Vincent’s Behavioral Health Facility in Bridgeport at 700 Main Street. A Travel advisory is no longer in place for Connecticut, however the CDC still does not recommend travel at this time. If you do decide to travel please see the guidance posted here for tips on what to do before and after travel.
