Week 2 JBWA Players of the Week
JBWA (Joel Barlow, Weston, Abbott Tech) Hockey Booster Club Week 2 players of the week.
The JBWA hockey team opens its Varsity season this Saturday taking on conference opponent New Milford. The game starts at 6:15 pm at the Danbury Ice Arena. Fans can view the game at LiveBarn.com. Each week, the JBWA hockey booster club features three of its athletes as the JBWA Players of the Week.
Graham Jacobs
Position: Forward
Class: Freshman
High School: Joel Barlow
Home Town: Easton
Height/Weight: 5’8”, 120 lbs.
Graham played for the Wonderland Wizards as a goalie from Mites through the first year of Pee Week, then switched to forward for his second year Pee Wee through Bantam years. He played forward for the Southern Stars AAA Midget team in fall 2020.

Ryan McCabe
Position: Forward
Class: Freshman
High School: Henry Abbott Tech

Ryan is a Freshman at Henry Abbott Tech High School for Carpentry. He has been on the ice since he was five years old. Along with the Western Jr. Colonials, he has also played for the Brewster BullDogs and Apple Core. This past fall, Ryan played for Western's Midget U16 program.
Stephen Theall #21
Position: Forward
Class: Junior
High School: Weston
Stephen is in his second year on the JBWA team. He learned to skate at three years old and began playing travel hockey at eight for the Ridgefield Lions. As a student-athlete, he dedicates a great deal of time to my studies and sport, and he is a Weston High School National Honor Society member. During the offseason, he enjoys playing golf, and he's always looking for ways to improve his game.
