Weston Man Charged with DUI in Fairfield, Westport

Westport police served charged a 73-year-old Weston man with DUI after he was taken into custody following an unrelated driving under the influence arrest in Fairfield, police said.

The warrant stems from a motor vehicle accident Paul Miller had been involved with on Nov. 28 at the intersection of Post Road East and Westfair Drive, according to a police report.

Westport police responded to the Fairfield Police Department and charged Miller, of 11 O’Clock Road, Weston, with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released after posting $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Jan. 7.
