Operation Thank You! "Giving Thanks To all Our WWII Veteran's"
The event started at The VFW Post 511 in New Britian with a breakfast for everyone with entertainment provided by DJ Bob Lentini with his Judy. Also there where the Dames For Soldiers:
After Breakfast was an Opening Ceremony And Greeting:
There Was A Ribbon Cutting By The WWII Veterans Of The New Traveling Museum:
After Posting Of Colors, Pledge Of Allegiance, presentations by The Iwo Jima Survivors Association and other organizations they ended with a Photo Shooting:
Then they returned to the VFW for a post ride lunch, had celebrations for all the WWII Heros. Also there where raffles, auctions and awards for our heroes and and the local organizations who are active in supporting all the people who have served in the past and serving now.
