How Many Wethersfield Residents Received Coronavirus Vaccine?
State health officials released data for the first time which shows how many residents in each town have been vaccinated for COVID-19.
WETHERSFIELD, CT — According to the state Department of Public Health, a total of 3,045 Wethersfield residents have received their first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.
There are 26,008 Wethersfield residents and 12 percent of them have received their first dose. Wethersfield has 3,086 residents over the age of 75 and 1,231 of them have received their first dose or 40 percent, according to state health officials.
Since the pandemic began in March, Wethersfield has reported 2,306 cases and 29 deaths.
