I-91 Reopened After Police Investigate Fatal Wethersfield Crash
A Rocky Hill man was killed in the crash.
WETHERSFIELD, CT — I-91 south was closed part of Thursday while state police investigate a fatal crash. Radoslaw Kazmierczak, 45, of Rocky Hill, died in the crash.
Police said Kazmierczak was driving a 2003 GMC Yukon Denali near exit 28. For an unknown reason, he lost control of the car, hit a guard rail, then traveled down an embankment and rolled over.
Police said it's unclear what time the wreck occurred, but that they believe it may have happened during the overnight hours and went undetected.
