Popular Burger Restaurant Plans To Open Wethersfield Location

WETHERSFIELD, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to pass a $3 million construction project to bring a location of Artisanal Burger Co. to Wethersfield, The Hartford Business Journal reported. Artisanal Burger opened its first restaurant in Manchester six years ago.

Plans call for a new 6,000 location on Maple Street with 250 seats, at least 120 parking spaces, and 75 part- and full-time workers. The restaurant will serve handcrafted burgers and smoked chicken wings in the same style as the Manchester location, according to The Hartford Business Journal.
