Wethersfield Gains Votes in Latest Wrestling Poll

The Eagles have posted a fine 13-3 record thus far this season.

WETHERSFIELD, CT — Though it did not crack the top 10, the wrestling squad at Wethersfield High School did receive a considerable amount of support from voters in the most recent balloting of coaches and media members.

The Eagles host E.O. Smith Wednesday night, then will participate in the Bobcat Classic at Bacon Academy on Saturday.

Danbury maintained its seasonlong stranglehold in the top spot in the latest rankings.
