Wethersfield Garners Votes in Latest Baseball Poll

WETHERSFIELD, CT — The seemingly never-ending winter has wreaked havoc with the baseball schedule for Wethersfield High School, as the Eagles finished last week without having played a single game.

Wethersfield collected some support from voters in the latest weekly poll of media members. The Eagles have games scheduled this week against Berlin and New Britain.

Staples (1-0) was the unanimous top choice of voters this week, placing first on all 12 ballots.
