
Brenda Carol (Lombardo) Sanborn, 56, of Wethersfield, passed away with her fiancé and sisters by her side on Friday, May 25, 2018. She will be forever missed by her fiancé of 18 years, Bruce Pistorio.
Born in Manchester, NH on April 18, 1962, she was the youngest daughter of Rita (Beliveau) Lombardo of Manchester, NH and the late Frank Lombardo. Brenda worked her whole life in the restaurant business at many Manchester, NH area restaurants. Since her move to Wethersfield, Brenda worked for First and Last Cafe & Bakery in Hartford for the last 9 years.
In her free time, Brenda loved going to the beach, car shows, long rides, camping in Hampstead, NH with her sister, but nothing compared to her avid devotion to the Boston Red Sox baseball team.

Besides her mother and her fiancé, Brenda will forever be remembered by her two sisters, Joanne Eddinger of Manchester, NH; Donna Swift and her husband Robert, Jr. of Manchester, NH; a brother David Lombardo of Manchester, NH; half-sisters, Dianne Lombardo of Epsom, NH; and Peggy Lombardo of Goffstown, NH; half-brothers Frank Lombardo, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV; and Leo Lombardo of Derry, NH; several nieces and nephews; her fiancé's sister and husband, Charlene and Russell MacIntyre of Jonesborough, TN and brother, Joseph Pistorio of Stuart, FL. Brenda leaves her work “family” from First and Last Café & Bakery, George and Diane DePasquale, Patrick DePasquale and all her coworkers whom she loved so dearly.
Relatives and friends may call at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield, on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 4 to 6 p.m. immediately followed by a memorial service at 6 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. A memorial service will also be held in Manchester, NH followed by a burial. Details with dates and times will be posted in the Union Leader.
