Wethersfield Shopping Plaza Sold For $13 Million: Report
A Wethersfield shopping plaza has been sold to a Trumbull-based group.
WETHERSFIELD, CT— A Wethersfield shopping plaza currently anchored by a Marshalls/Home Goods has been sold for $13 million, according to The Hartford Business Journal. The 75,983 square-foot building on a 6.6-acre Silas Highway has been acquired by Trumbull-based FF Realty, Inc.
The site also includes a Pet Supplies Plus, a Bevmax Superstore and Past Vita Gourmet to Go, The Hartford Business Journal reported.
