A 70-year-old Norwalk woman was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree after police stopped her on Danbury Road on Nov. 2 at 5:35 p.m.
According to police, Shirley Barca didn't show up in court to answer separate charges of assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct. There were two warrants out for her arrest.
She was released on a promise to appear at a Nov. 5 court date.Â
