80-Year-Old Barber Faces Charges for Sabotaging Competitor: Report

An 80-year-old barber is facing criminal charges for secretly sabotaging a Wilton barber shop.

WILTON, CT — Competition between competing barbershops in Wilton has lead to the arrest of an 80-year-old barber who now faces criminal charges for secretly sabotaging a new shop, according to The Connecticut Post.

Agron Komoni, owner of Agron’s Barbershop at 17 Danbury Road, told police that he found a key intentionally broken off inside the front door’s lock. After this happened several times, he installed a video surveillance system outside the business which caught Frank DiMarino, co-owner of Razor’s Edge, in the act after he vandalized the barbershop again on Dec. 4.

He is expected in court on Dec. 20.
