Oct. 24, Robert and Nancy Faesy sold the property at 10 Kellogg Drive to Carolyn and David Snyder for $715,000.

Oct. 24, Susan Rice Lamont sold the property at 3 Liberty Street to Jennifer Kanpp for $430,000.

Oct. 25, trustees for John DiRocco sold the property at 14 Wilton Hills to Sriram Belur and Brunda Govinda for $650,000.

Oct. 26, Christopher and Marisol Cuesta sold the property at 53 Bald Hill Road to Catherine and Matthew Sconziano for $906,000. 

Oct. 31, Suzanne Glomb sold the property at 220 Linden Tree Road to Kyla and Mark Solomon for $747,500.
