On March 28, Scott and Patricia Vollmer sold the property at 28 Deepwood Road to Mimi Conway for $930,000.

On March 28, Peter and Laurie McTeague sold the property at 468 Belden Hill Road to John and Sarah Schulten for $950,000. 

On March 28, Catherine Kangas sold the property at 4 Wilton Hunt to Christopher and Erin Palmer for $712,000.

On April 1, Constance Diorio sold the property at 70 Village Court to Jason and Kristina Saunders for $530,000.

On April 1, Martha DiLillo sold the property at 40 Mollbrook Drive to William and Jennifer Lalor for $677,000.

On April 1, Mary Holmes Norman sold the property at 16 Wilton Crest to Stephen Lobo for $351,000.
