Three properties were sold in Wilton between Nov. 2 and Nov. 8.

On Nov. 2, Benjamin and Rebecca Paradee sold the property at 49 Branch Brook Road to Robert Debara for $922,500.Â
On Nov. 8, Jeanne and Victor Konefsky sold the property at 25 Spoonwood Road to Benjamin and Teresa Hallman for $385,000.

On Nov. 8, Caryl van Keuren sold a warranty deed for the property at 92 Washington Post Drive to Amy and Kenneth Bernheim for $375,000. Lynn Hagerbrant sold them a trustee's deed for the same property for $375,500.
