WILTON, CT — An assortment of historic buildings known as Cannon Crossing or Cannondale Village is for sale in town at a listed price of $6.85 million.
Six restored historic buildings and 10.85 acres are part of the parcel, according to the Wilton Bulletin. It sits close to the Cannondale train station on the Danbury line.
Owner Marc Gueron told the Bulletin he hopes to sell to a high-net-worth family that will live in the village and preserve unique businesses.
