East Meadow Road Home Sells for $1.125M in Wilton

Four properties were sold in town last week.

On March 8, Valentine Macleod sold the property at 70 Belden Hill Road to Andrew Payne for $655,000.

On March 11, Manuel and Jeri Gerpe sold the property at 159 Heather Lane to Nikita Saxena for $735,000.

On March 12, Jennifer Debrincat sold the property at 11 Village Walk to Patricia Gorman for $265,000.

On March 12, Joseph and Christine Polito sold the property at 71 East Meadow Road to Michael and Amanda Dugan for $1,125,000.
